Anita Lewis is a world-renowned California abstract expressionist artist. Born in Los Angeles in 1957, she studied art and design, later relocating to Europe for many years, as a professional and international interior designer. After returning to the US, she concentrated more on her art career taking it to new levels. Her work depicts themes of what she is continually working on, such as developing abstraction and conceptual expressions of nature and natural elements to which she is particularly drawn. Her travels and her continual wonder for Earth’s treasures and powerful beauty and great forces are depicted as awareness in her paintings. Her work is represented and collected internationally; in the US, Europe and South America.
