IF YOU BUY ONLINE\u00a0\u201cGalleria Nazionale\u201d give a discount of<\/span>\u00a05% of the total purchased\u00a0over internet.<\/span>
All prices are VAT included.<\/p>\n

Packaging, transport and delivery<\/h3>\n

If the distance is not excessive, the delivery of the work is taken care of directly by the gallery staff.<\/p>\n

Packing<\/h3>\n

We personally taking care of packing the artwork you are purchasing, this will no take later than 5 working days from the payment receipt.<\/p>\n

Transport<\/h3>\n

The purchased works are sent to their destination perfectly packaged.
Other types of packaging or shipping must be previously agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed with the National Gallery, the transport<\/strong> costs are fully charged to the customer.<\/strong>
Usually the works are not insured for their transport.Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery times vary depending on the destination as follows:
National territory about 3 working days<\/strong>
Within the European community about 7 working days<\/strong>
International destinations 3\u00a0weeks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guarantee and authenticity<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

In compliance with the Law 20\/11\/1971 n. 1062 Art. 2 Second paragraph, the works are accompanied by a certificate of photographic authenticity signed by the National Gallery.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

It consists of the right to return if the condition in which the work has arrived damaged<\/strong>, or if the order has never arrived at its destination. You must return the damaged work\u00a0within 14 days of receipt to avail the total reimbursement of the price paid including the shipping costs and eventual insurance.<\/p>\n

Turnaround<\/h3>\n

All items listed in the website are kept physically in the Gallery, sometime same artwork available online It may have been<\/span> sold<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Order Tracking<\/h3>\n

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.<\/p>\n

Shipping Rates<\/h3>\n

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.<\/p>\n

Back Orders<\/h3>\n

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.<\/p>\n
